UNIO Enterprise Acquired by OIQ Global to Redefine Connectivity for Mobility
Munich, Germany – 2 September 2025
Munich-based NewSpace startup UNIO Enterprise, founded in 2022, is entering a new chapter as part of OrbitsIQ Global (OIQ). The acquisition combines UNIO’s pioneering connectivity software with OIQ’s vision to seamlessly integrate satellite and terrestrial networks with mobile assets anywhere in the world. OIQ is building a seamless, ubiquitous bridge across terrestrial cellular and space-based connectivity, delivering uninterrupted services to fixed and mobile assets such as cars, boats, planes and autonomous systems, anywhere on Earth anytime whether in flight, on the water or just on the road. Together, the companies aim to serve millions of connected mobile assets globally.
