UNIO Enterprise Announces Acquisition by Strategic Partner Active in Space, Cybersecurity, and Tech Sectors
New ownership marks the beginning of a new chapter for UNIO Enterprise, reinforcing its vision for connected mobility and paving the way for long-term growth.
Munich, Germany – 15 January 2025 – UNIO Enterprise, a pioneer in hybrid 5G and satellite connectivity for the mobility sector, is entering a new era. The company has signed an acquisition agreement with a strategic partner operating across the space, cybersecurity, and technology sectors. The transaction, which is expected to close in the coming weeks, represents a significant step forward in securing UNIO’s long-term mission and operational continuity.
The acquisition process was supported and facilitated by the insolvency administration team led by Dr. Alexander Zarzitzky from anchor Rechtsanwälte Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB, and the M&A advisory team of Alexander Manus from Sigma Corporate Finance GmbH.
In recent months, UNIO has navigated a critical phase in its journey. Despite considerable challenges, the company has emerged more resilient and is now positioned to accelerate the execution of its product roadmap and commercial plans.
